Selected Agentic Gateway provides a natural language interface platform that enables AI agents to interact with enterprise services and APIs. Our platform includes NLU processing, intelligent routing, authentication management, and response normalization.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the service

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Selected Agentic Gateway Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Selected Agentic Gateway Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
